SoYa wanna do some chicken dumsticks on the BBQ? Here is a simple tasty recipe, Grilla Style

There are lots of recipes that can just be done in the oven but you know the added taste of some Pellet smoke flavour from my Grilla makes thing taste that much better.

Not to mention that being able to sit outside and cook is an added bonus.

The other day I picked up a tray of Chicken Drumsticks for $10.00 and wanted to find a different way to cook them, something different but not time consuming, so after hunting around on the net I found an oven recipe that I changed up for my smoker.

Ingredients

Tray Chicken Drumsticks (13)

Sauce ingredients

1/2 cup Soya Sauce

1/2 cup Honey

1 Heaping Tablespoon of chopped Garlic from a jar

2 Tablespoons of Ketchup

2 tablespoons of Olive Oil

Mix all of the sauce ingredients in a bowl.

Arrange the Drumsticks in a 9″x13″ Baking dish

Pour the sauce over the drumsticks

Use a Turkey baster to baste the Chicken a couple of times before cooking

Set your smoker to 350F and cook for 40 minutes

Turn the Drumsticks for even cooking and baste the chicken again

Cook for another 20 minutes or so or until the internal temp is around 180F

Take away from heat, cover with foil and let the Chicken rest for a bit.
